Utah

Our neighboring state to the west, Utah, is absolutely one of the most beautiful states in the USA. From the high desert and national parks in its south to the high alpine terrain of the Wasatch Mountains near the capitol, Salt Lake City, there is much natural beauty to take in here and lots to see and do.

While I’ve visited Utah frequently for work and we’ve visited several times together for play we’ve yet to only blog about our visits twice (to-date), once about Park City Utah during our long summer 2024 road trip and a second time about stunning Arches National Park in the southeast corner of the state.

We did, incidentally, also stop off at Dinosaur National Monument on the border of Colorado as we crossed back from Utah into our home state. You can read our post about Dinosaur and Steamboat, CO here.
